Are Cars Investments or Junk?

There are many older Americans in our country who have invested in things over the years that keep for one reason or another. Each of us can have a grandparent, aunt, cousin or friend who knows someone who many consider "miser." Greater and greatest generation have seen our economy in the economic spoils we are experiencing now, and that could be the very reason they decided to keep those things when everyone else is saying "get rid of it ".

These investments can be large or small, and if someone was watching the TV show "pickers", then they know that things are not just junk! After all this time, the old sign, or machines that are no longer produces or uses is now suddenly an old-fashioned and therefore worth the money! Much the same way, there are cars sitting in driveways, backyards and garages around the country, and they get very little notice. If you are in good condition are considered "classic" and May even take an annual plant that will be proudly displayed outside the auto show by their respective owners. If they are not in good shape, they can not run, and they are considered worthless by anyone who sees them, but their owners.

industry junk cars managed by these people. Offer instant cash to remove these unsightly heaps of rusty metal and flat tires. Their owners, these cars have the memories, maybe it was the first car, or car that they intended to fix, but never did. Whatever the reason, these cars sit. When cars like these get the attention of the cities usually comes in the form of quotations. City officials in many states have passed law states that the junk cars are not allowed to sit around as eyesores over. Even cars that have been re-designated fall under these laws and be ordered to be removed.

Another incentive for owners to dispose of junk car selling cars and even interested individuals who may wish to fix the car and drive it, is that they know they can get a few hundred dollars out of it and see it as an investment. I know a man who held the old car and refused to sell it for years. Felling any bid received was waiting because I do not need money for a car, but he knew he would. As the economy worsened knew he could count on to old car and when the time came, the tow truck was towed away and left money in his hand. Junk cars are not always old and rusty, sometimes amounted to, or re-called, flood or fire damage, or simply no longer in demand. Regardless of their status and the classification they are worth the cars that people get the money for.
